Walk to Work Wednesdays

Walk to Work Wednesdays was started in January 2017 by Scott Davidson and Matthew Berry who have challenged each other to walk to work each and every Wednesday.

So far, it has been a great success for the following reasons:

  • Getting active during the busy working week
  • Increasing morale at work
  • Fighting fatigue
  • Great social opportunity when in groups
  • Clears the mind and improves mood
